Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship within the United States, except Alaska, Hawaii, Michigan, New Hampshire and Vermont. We'll update this list as it changes. If you enter an address we can't ship to, checkout will tell you before you pay.
Shipping rates
- Up to 11 lb: $7
- 11-22 lb: $12
- 22-33 lb: $21
The exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing and delivery
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Delivery time after that depends on where you live. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and carriers occasionally run late.
Problems with a delivery
If your order is late, damaged or missing, email rafe@humanfood.co with your order number and we'll sort it out.
