How your subscription works

When you subscribe, you're signing up for recurring deliveries of HumanFood that renew automatically until you cancel. Here is exactly what that means.

Price

Your first subscription order is 50% off the one-time price and includes a free storage bucket. Every order after that is charged at the subscription renewal price shown on the product page when you sign up, plus shipping. Renewal orders do not include a bucket.

Frequency and billing

You choose how often you get a bag (for example every 2, 3, 4 or 6 weeks). We charge the payment method on file on each scheduled order date and ship that order. We'll email you a reminder before each renewal charge, and your next order date and price are always visible in your account.

Pause, skip, change or cancel anytime

Log in at humanfood.co and open Subscription Account, or email rafe@humanfood.co. Changes made before your next order date apply to that order. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. Canceling stops future orders; it does not refund orders that have already shipped, though our money-back guarantee still applies.

Price changes

If your renewal price changes, we'll email you at least 7 days before the change applies to your next order, and you can cancel before then.
